FSA Nisa Survey - (Check you Email/Rakuten)

Rakuten just sent out a survey regarding the NISA, Nomura is conducting it on behalf of the FSA.

They are asking if you are satisficed/unsatisfied and what improvement you would like. (Closed answer questionnaire/2-3minutes)

Please answer it, perhaps we can get some changes to the program!

I am not sure if the link I was sent was unique or not though, so I do not want to post it. Can someone more tech savy confirm with their Rakuten account? Thank you.

I don't think its unique. I have never used truenavi but the numbers part of the URL seems to just be for the survey itself.

I really would like the option to allow "switching" of owned products without consuming the tax exemption limit.

Just got the email so filled in the survey again (for tsumitate NISA this time). The questions were basically the same.

I think I get it now.
You can switch the type of NISA account for different years.
