I feel like I do not have a Rakuten Bank account for some reason....I am just so confused....
I opened an account on Rakuten-sec-co.jp, is this different from a Rakuten Bank Account??
Is there a way for me to check this information through my Rakuten-sec login screen?
I am struggling to get off the ground
Re: I am struggling to get off the ground
Rakuten bank is at rakuten-bank.co.jp. It is a different service from Rakuten sec, so you should have a different login and password to access it.
Maybe you don't have that account yet - in this case going through the account creation process should be rather straightforward. Make sure to use the exact same name as your Rakuten sec account, just in case.

So I suppose I need to open a rakuten bank account lol. I have submitted a name change request so I will wait till tomorrow to see if it goes through since today the banks were closed.N00bster wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 7:41 am Rakuten bank is at rakuten-bank.co.jp. Great to hear you overcame the name barrier. I had a problem with my middle names and had to cancel my Japan Post account and remake it using a piece of id without my middle names.
