Does anyone know the paperwork you need from bitFlyer to give to the tax office?

Hi,

I was told I would need some paperwork from bitFlyer, however I didn't end up getting the name of the document that I need.
Looking around bitFlyers site I don't see anything pop out that looks official.
Would anyone know about this?

However as all I've done is bought some, moved it to my cold wallet, and not sold any ... Do I need to include crypto in my annual tax return at all?
