Yes, but sadly they are devaluing this.
At the moment you get 500 points if you buy 50,000 yen of most funds each month. Rakuten has decided to screw around with this. See the relevant threads for more details.
Aiming to retire at 60 and live for a while longer. 95% index funds (eMaxis Slim etc), 5% Japanese dividend stocks.
