Overseas ETF or Emaxis slim.

Set up a few things last weekend and after double checking in this forum I'm starting to doubt if I did the right thing.

Set up was 35% Japanese funds. tsumitate nisa (Emaxis slim), Emaxis slim (taxable account)
and 65% in VOO.

What are the actual benefits to investing in overseas accounts rather than the Emaxis slim all country?

I understand theres taxes and that so Im thinking I should cancel the VOO fund and invest in the Emaxis all country.
Is there a limit to the All country. On rakuten it says /50,000 but I am currently over the 50,000 as the Tsumitate starts in March but if there is a limit of 50,000 I would like to invest more thats why I chose VOO.

This limit is just for the mount you can purchase using the Rakuten card.
You can buy as much eMaxis Slim All Country as you like.

Assuming you are not from the US, yes the eMaxis Slim is better than VOO.
Unless you plan to try and buy and sell 'real-time'...With eMaxis Slim you cannot do this, with the ETFs you can.

This limit is just for the mount you can purchase using the Rakuten card.
You can buy as much eMaxis Slim All Country as you like.

The reason there is a limit on the card is that you can get points for buying mutual funds (free money basically) and Rakuten limits that to 500 yen a month. If it were unlimited people might take advantage
