Any body has a good English speaking account in Tokyo?

My situation is starting to get too complicated and I am seeking professional help.

I had a great time with them but recently, my filings got 'complicated' (in the sense, lots of transactions) so I can't afford their rates anymore.

I was more looking for someone that could look at my global situation and help with tax filling? Do they charge per transactions for that?

I am not sure if they can support that but it won't hurt asking.

That being said, they do charge per transactions as most accountants do.
