Can anyone confirm that they are getting the 500 points monthly from linking their credit card with 楽天証券？ I setup a monthly 40k NISA payment via my card, and a 10k 'top-up' in my 特定口座, but I took a look at my point history and I see a few point receipts for "1P', "3P", "10P", and one at around ~300P, but nothing near the monthly 500 I thought I was supposed to be receiving.

I'm not aware of any points simply for linking your card. The 500 points come from Rakuten card, at the standard rate of 1% if you buy the maximum 50,000 yen per month (although it's better to do 49,999 yen and use 1 point to get an extra SPU rank on Rakuten Ichiba too - this gives you 499 points a month).

However looking at my point receipt history, there is not a single time when I received 500 points. See below, where I'm showing 3 of my point receipts from an ordered list (points decreasing):

Nothing for 500 points, but specifically received 342 points for 楽天証券 back in August. I'm wondering if the 500 points are included in the monthly summaries (9月分, 8月分, etc), but it seems like in your screenshot it's clearly separated. Which page did you use to check that?

Secondly, that 342 point receipt confuses me as I have no idea what it's for. I can't seem to find a page on Rakuten detailing each security purchase which I was hoping to use to pinpoint what that was. If anyone has ideas on how to find this info I'd be grateful!

@adamu: Yep my bad, should have been more specific. I meant I couldn't find my point receipt for using my linked Rakuten CC.

1.Check your Tsumitate settings under the tsumitate tab.

2 Check your specific point totals using the points app.

3. Is this a standard Rakuten card?

4. Your other points may be from holding trusts at Rakuten. A separate bonus, unrelated to the card point system.

The points are bundled as part of the total monthly points from Rakuten Card. From your screenshot:

the first two entries from Rakuten Card will contain the 500 points from the securities transaction. Everything above 500 points is from your additional spending using the Rakuten Card (~20000 yen for those two months).

The screenshot EmaxisSlim Cultist posted is from opt-in emails which list the points from each transaction. Look within the Rakuten Card online system to opt-in for those. You can opt-in to absolutely confirm you are getting the points, but if the 50000 yen Rakuten 証券 transactions are listed on your Rakuten CC bill, there is no need - you'll be getting the points.

Huh, that is funny that there seems to be no way to get the transaction-level point breakdown of points from the UI. Do you know what the opt in mail is? Most of them look like marketing lists.

There must be *another* mail setting somewhere...

Thank you! Looks like I had the お知らせ mail already setup so I took a look and it does say I've been receiving the points.

That sounds like the one - thanks! Didn't want to dig through Rakuten's UI and search for it myself.

I just wanted to drop a comment to say that I got a ton of points from maxing my furusato over 2 super sales and I finally convinced myself to stop hoarding points and used almost all of it to pay my CC bill. Its a great feeling.
