Is this setting correct to avoid tax on dividends (SBI)

I think with the exception of my Japanese SP500 ETF which somehow deposits my dividends to my bank account, my other dividends goes to my SBI account. Just wanted to confirm that this is in fact what the above setting does and I am not taxed on dividends.

Uhh... I think that does the opposite. 源泉徴収あり means that SBI will calculate tax on your dividends and withhold them for you.
