Hey everyone,
Does anyone know or have a comparison between banks offering foreign currency accounts and which one offers the best?
I'm a freelance and work full time just for one company in the states which means I get paid in USD, recently the exchange rate USD/JPY has been getting worse so it prompted me into optimizing a bit.
I currently have a foreign currency account with Mizuho and I'm losing around 20,000jpy per month just in the offered rate by Mizuho.

Haven't looked into it but I'm very happy with Shinsei. They offer multiple foreign currency accounts and I have transferred GBP from abroad many times.

Thanks, I was already a user on the old forum but apparently needed to create a new account.
Definitely looking into optimizing this, since even if I get a 5000 yen difference that's 60000 yen a year I could use for a small trip or invest in something else.
