I know there are board members who prefer American ETFs over Japanese MFs for various reasons.
It seems Monex will soon be offering a DRIP service on American ETFs.

Perhaps not as tax-advantageous as Japanese MFs but could be a better solution for those who want American ETFs in a Nisa.

Looks like you still have to pay tranasction fees and there are no partial shares, so it doesn't seem to offer anything beyond a little extra convenience.

Off topic but why buy a partial share of anything? I use Fidelity and they’ve been flogging this a bit and I don’t see this point. If you can’t buy a whole share due to financial constraints, shouldn’t your money be going elsewhere?
