What do you think of these Rakuten iDeco options?

I would say don't try to be clever and just stick to the Rakuten Vanguard fund (your link is broken btw, correct link).

This fund is not available in Rakuten iDeCo.
The US Vanguard one is the only one they offer.

Although the fee is a bit more expensive than Emaxis Slim All Country...

A. It is managed by Vanguard
B. It tracks FTSE All Cap 8000 stocks vs 3000
C. It has more small-cap exposure.
