Still not sure of situation.

Unfortunately no TESOL or TEFL. Just a basic undergrad U.K. uni degree (in politics and international relations). About 2 years teaching experience.
I’m seriously starting to look for other options now.

Very wise to look at other options. Regardless of whether her criticism is valid, I can imagine you feel really uncomfortable with the unsupportive way it is being dealt with. I would not take kindly to that as a teacher, and it doesn’t seem like an environment where professional development is nurtured.
