As I stated above this sounds like she is building a pretense to drop your hours. Only you can judge how legitimate her criticisms are. Check your paystub carefully going forward. Try to communicate by email so you have a written record.

1. Update your resume.
2. Increase your cash savings, cut any unnecessary expenses.
3. Start looking for new jobs.

What are your qualification? M.A, ? TESOL certificate?

Still not sure of situation.

Unfortunately no TESOL or TEFL. Just a basic undergrad U.K. uni degree (in politics and international relations). About 2 years teaching experience.
I’m seriously starting to look for other options now.

Very wise to look at other options. Regardless of whether her criticism is valid, I can imagine you feel really uncomfortable with the unsupportive way it is being dealt with. I would not take kindly to that as a teacher, and it doesn’t seem like an environment where professional development is nurtured.
