SBI Tsumitate NISA application - help please!

Post by ben260 »

I have opened up an SBI account for iDeco and NISA purposes. Will get around to the iDeco paperwork soon. Thought I'd open a tsumitate NISA in the meantime - and there's this right at the beginning:

It's gather its about receiving dividends, but as a beginner, what should I tick - stick with the conventional option, or go with the checkbox, which SBI seems to want me to do, since they are automatically checking it for me!

Any help?

In order to receive tax-free dividends you need to go with the checked option (second option).
