Alternative to Email Notifications

Hm… I mean mobile push notification rather than email "Notify me when a reply is posted". Tapatalk does this, but I think the forum admin has to opt in. Are you guys familiar with Tapatalk? Thanks.

I know of it, but haven't used it. There is a Tapatalk extension that needs to be installed to get it to work with phpBB. However the extension is not supported officially by phpBB, and there are some threads on their support forums with cautions about it.

Unfortunately setting up the forum in the first place is about as technical as I get, so barring the site suddenly making enough money to hire tech support, this is as good as it gets for now
