Hello,
My husband and I have bank accounts in Japan with SBI, Rakuten and Japan Post.
When I use online banking and check the transactions, I can see the word "デビット" and a transaction number beside the amount in yen.
I would like to be able to see more information than this, for example the name of the shop where the purchase took place.
This current system makes it very difficult to track spending and make sure no unauthorised transactions are being taken from our accounts.
Is there any way to change the settings to show more information with any of these online banks? Or if anyone is using another bank which does have this feature, it would be great if you could let me know.
Thanks!
Bank Transaction Details
Re: Bank Transaction Details
For SBI you can. On the website underご契約中の商品・サービス (middle left side), there should be a button デビット管理.
On the new website under ご利用明細照会 you can select the month and get the details.

Re: Bank Transaction Details
Thank you so much! I found the correct section and can see all the transaction details now on SBI. Really appreciate your help!
I'll have a look around on the other bank websites and see if I can find a similar button.
