I've had a Monex account for a few years, and a NISA account inside that. I have investments in that NISA part.
It's been a long time since I logged in to Monex. I remember in the past, to go to NISA there was another layer of logging in.
However now when I go to NISA I only see links to apply to join it, and there is the green button that says it will take me to the top of the foreign stocks section. See the screenshot here: https://ibb.co/hcYdHQv
What happened to just going into plain old NISA as before?
Any other Monex users here?
Lost access to NISA on Monex?

Check-in your taxable account. Are the funds there now?
The NISA may have expired, and the funds were dumped in your regular account.
Re: Lost access to NISA on Monex?
Your NISA assets will be listed along with the rest of your assets on the main 保有残高・ 口座管理 page. Just look for the word "NISA" under the 口座区分.

Re: Lost access to NISA on Monex?
Monex redesigned their interface a few months back (October 2020 I think) and now you don't need to go logging into the special NISA part of your account - it's all accessible from the first login, and you should still see all your NISA investments in there along with any taxable account investments you have as well.
(However, for Junior NISA accounts the NISA part is still separate as it was before.)

Thanks guys.
In case it's helpful to the next poor soul who needs it, here is how to find your NISA stocks (at least as of this time, 2021/1/4).
1. Mouse-over "保有残高・口座管理" on the top navigation bar.
2. The resulting menu will contain, among other things, an item itself (again) named "保有残高・口座管理". Select this.
You'll now have a big heading "保有残高・口座管理" (tired of that same compound yet?) on the top page. That shows a tabbed section, with the left-most tab "国内株等" selected. When this is selected you'll see your NISA stocks/ETFs below.
There is also a tab "NISA残高" which doesn't show the detailed prices but how many shares of each stock or ETF you bought as yearly totals. It's confusing because the title of that column is "保有数" which means how much you have of something in your position, whereas that column means the number you bought that year.

Re: Lost access to NISA on Monex?
If you have foreign stocks in NISA, those will be in the "外国株残高" tab. For some reason, these aren't included in the "NISA残高" tab. There also use the word 非課税 instead of just NISA like they do in the other tabs to differentiate between regular purchases.
