If you are investing for the long-term, buying index funds in a broker account is fairly easy. Ok, I was just worried about things like low activity fees (works out to about $10 per-month). Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley PB Securities. When I contacted them, they only offer a brokerage account service. To gain access to their wealth management services, they wanted 400-500k (sorry, forget which) USD equivalent as a starting point.
