Recommended FIRE podcasts

Can anyone recommend any good Japanese FIRE podcasts?
I listen to Choose FI, Ramsey show, I will teach you to be rich etc. I’m looking for something like these but want something more applicable to the Japan market.

Re: Generali Utmost International Vision Policy Termination

Agreed it’s not the best of returns. But, I will continue with it as it’s quite a lunp sum now and don’t think I want to try to bring it into JP. I’ve already maxed out on the old nisa and will max out on the new nisa, so probably don’t need the money now. I just wish I knew what I knew now and I wo...

Re: Best dividend yielding ETF listed in JP

We ended up spending 80 mil on a tower mansion for my mother in-law. I was able to take out a 2nd jutaku loan under my name. May have been much, but facilities are good and location is really convenient. And most importantly she is happy. Since my original post, her single stock inheritance has now ...

Re: Generali Utmost International Vision Policy Termination

I'm almost at the 10 year mark on my General Utmost contributions, and my account has almost doubled. I guess it depends on what fund you selected (I picked a technology fund), but I'm somewhat satisfied with it. These types of accounts were always advertised as tax free savings by the so called fin...

Buying US stocks on Monex

HI Folks

Does anyone have any experience buying US stocks for their NISA using monex? Seems like it's possible, but a bit complicated.

Cash flow or Capital gain

5 years ago I bought a whole building with around 30 units located in Tokyo. it's been getting a decent monthly cash flow of 300-500K per month, depending on the repairs and vacancies for the month. As it's coming around to the 6th year where cap gain tax is more favorable and given the market value...

Re: My Number 20,000 yen of points campaign

Does anyone know if you apply for a mynunber card for your kids, would you be able to get their 20,000 yen worth of points added to your own paypay account? Or you need to create another paypay account specifically for them in order to claim the points?

Re: Best dividend yielding ETF listed in JP

You may want to consider consulting a registered financial planner. Lots of moving parts. 50 million in a single company represents some serious concentration risk. True about the concentration risk. But, that individual stock has increased 3 fold in the past 10 years and has provided healthy divid...

Re: Best dividend yielding ETF listed in JP

Thanks for the advice @haystack and @beanhead. I would like to give some more context. My mother in-law is 65, recently widowed and quite healthy. She inherited stock of a company her father used to work at worth about 50 mil, and it's getting an annual dividend of 3+%. She has an additional 20 mil ...
