Considering using part of my 6 months emergency fund, as 6 months is too much. First time doing this, but seems to me the smart thing to do since I don't know when the market will bottom or if it will keep going down is just to DCA over a few months. So I'll probably use 2~3 months of the emergency ...

Thanks for taking a look Ben, My iDeco is with Rakuten, I'll be moving onto a different allocation with cheaper funds. Well one thing does usually happen, its goes down a by a "lot" over a "short" frame of time and goes up step by step over a "longer" frame of time. But...

Thanks, I was already a user on the old forum but apparently needed to create a new account.

Definitely looking into optimizing this, since even if I get a 5000 yen difference that's 60000 yen a year I could use for a small trip or invest in something else.
