Hi, I bought the new NISA guide online the other day and received an email receipt. But, I can't seem to access the content. Everything I click just takes me back to a page asking me to leave a review. A message also popped offering access via the app, so I downloaded that -- I see it in my library ...

Thanks everyone. Everywhere I turn, I get asked for two forms of ID. I downloaded the app, but can't use it without signing in using two forms of ID. I can't switch to receiving the confirmation code via another method without providing two forms of ID! I guess pen and paper is my only option. :roll:
