Does having the debit card give any additional benefit while transferring Yen to home country? Like having less charges when or better conversion rate? There are no guaranteed returns in the stock market. Government bonds offer virtually risk-free returns when held to maturity, but they also pay little. 8-10%? That is incredibly high. As far as ARK goes... Some funds may show up on listings, but may not be available to purchase.
