Hmm.. so it seems like the process to check how much furusato nozei reduced your tax bill is different if you did kakutei shinkoku. So those fields seem to just be a part of your deduction. You then have to add the value of: ("total donation" - 2000) x income tax rate x 1.021 to it. https...

To respond to the original question, I use BitFlyer and haven't had any serious issues with them yet. I have an account with Binance but never used it since they are not regulated, and I only purchase ETH and BTC. Haha yep I also left it too late, but did get some last month during rakutens campaign. Saying that, they do have an additional +1 today (day ending in 0) so still worth doing it!
