If you tick the box for class 2 and they find you ineligible I think they are supposed to offer you the option to pay class 3 in their reply. Maybe enclose a note asking them specifically to do that? Hi all, I've been looking into opening a tsumitate NISA account. I've seen most people advising SBI, Rakuten, etc. for their low fees and range of products.
