epos gold is similar. 10000 points for annual 1M spending with 0.5% general cashback. although to get it without having to pay yearly fee ("invitation") you have to first obtain and use their normal card for certain period and amount.

Also remember that rakuten may change the point rewards at their convenience...

I suppose if you have emergency savings and can live without it for a few days, can just buy nisa and sell taxable at the same time... that should minimize the risk of market movement during the swap. (I myself don't care enough and probably will just sell, wait, pray, and buy the whole growth alloc...

I suspect the card too. The securities account should really have your name correct; the card, i don’t have that confidence in. in my case it's actually securities that needed update.
