Kind of mild this year edition
What happened to January? There is no snow here in Miyagi and I am recklessly strolling around with no hat, gloves, or even coat at times. This would not be possible under normal circumstances.
Oh, well. I’m sure everything is completely fine.

#7 is a timely article – 80,000 people in Wakayama city were expecting to have their water supply shut off for three days starting from today, in order to fix a leak in one of the aging main pipes. (Once they started digging they found the leak was from a smaller pipe and fixed it without turning off the supply). Some of the “cities” included in Figure 2 makes me worried about the author’s research abilities though!
