What do you think? Anything good in there? I really enjoyed #18 and am following the Ghosn story fairly attentively.
Here are some books I’ve been reading/have read/have bought this week:
Starship Troopers (Robert Heinlein). It’s hard to believe that this book was written almost 60 years ago. It still feels fresh and was incredibly influential in science fiction. It’s a pretty good read too!
How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World (Harry Browne). From the guy that created the permanent portfolio, a philosophical guide to living outside of society’s rules. Even if you don’t agree with his choices, his logic seems pretty good and his solutions emphasise individual agency and empowerment. Fourth time reading this for me.
Can’t Hurt Me (David Goggins). Incredibly inspiring story of a guy that went from unhappy childhood to Navy Seal to ultrarunner and pull-up world record holder. Very readable too. I got through this in a couple of days.
