At Work in the Middle of Golden Week Edition

Looking at data from the last few years of sending out this newsletter and running the forum, it seems most of our readers only log on while they are at work.

Seems legit, for a site that aims to help people retire 😉

So if you are reading this today I guess you are at work like me. My commiserations.

This week’s photo

I took this on the way to work. These flowers are valiantly growing in a storm drain.

Actually walked past it at first, then my brain caught up and I went back for the picture.

Reminds me of this Travis song too.

This week’s books

Still on the Reacher train, but we are nearing the destination. Finished Night School and started The Midnight Line.

Also started rereading The Happy Teacher Habits.

I also bought The Complete Book of the New Sun, on a recommendation from Neil Gaiman. Looking forward to getting into it post Reacher.
