It’s freebie time
I’m a big fan of Derek Sivers. I think I first encountered him on TED. Then I read Anything You Want.
I’ve been following his projects for a while now too. He inspired my /now page.
Last year he started publishing books with an interesting pricing model: you pay for the initial book, in ebook and audio formats. This also gives you the option of buying extra copies in the form of cheap hardbacks.
I kind of liked that and bought a few extra copies to give away on the site.
I have four copies of Hell Yeah or No (all claimed now, sorry)
and five copies of How to Live (all claimed now, sorry)
The giveaway is very simple: leave a comment below and tell me which book you would like. The first four/five people to comment will get the books. I’ll email you to get your postal address* to send you the book.
*Japan only, I’m afraid. I don’t even understand how international mail works here now…
I’d take a copy of Hell Yeah or No! Cheers!
HYON #1
Hell Yeah or No sounds fun. I’d love a copy.
HYON #2
I’d love to read the Hell Yeah or No.
Thanks.
HYON #3
Thanks so much Ben. It’s great to be able to “share the wealth”. I look forward to reading the book.
Either would be fine for me.
How to Live #1 😉
Hey Ben, I’ve read the first one so would love to try “How to Live”
Thanks a lot.
How to Live #2
If I’m in time, HYON please!
HYON #4 (last one)
Can I have it?
How to Live #3
I would love How to Live if possible. The format is intriguing and the reviews are spectacular. Thanks!
How to Live #4
I’d love whatever is left over if there is any.
Thanks.
How to Live #5 (last one)
Thanks!
And that is all nine copies! Congratulations to our winners (do you really have nothing better to do than hang out and see if there is a new blog post on RJ?). 😉
If you weren’t able to get a free book, I would recommend checking out Derek’s work, starting with Anything You Want and the TED videos.
Thanks a lot for the book Ben, really nice gesture. Look forward to reading!
My pleasure! I should have bought more, it seems ^-^
How to Live sounds intriguing. While I may be too late to be eligible for the give-away, it’s the thought that counts! Thanks.
Derek is a very thought-provoking writer -definitely recommend his stuff 🙂
Maybe once all of you are done with them, there could be a pass-it-along giveaway? (just an idea, I don’t need one)
That was quick! Hope the lucky winners can leave a review of the books, especially interested in “Hell Yeah Or No”
Yeah, I should have bought more books! Kind of underestimated demand there…
